Turn-Around Time: Depends on Product / Mfg some items are stocked others special order check each individual product. 

From Nov 1 - Dec 15 shipping dates are based on product availability. 

Each Manufacturer Ships by their choice of freight carrier regardless of your choice in the shopping cart, however, they will try their best to meet your request.

PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska must ship via USPS.

Guarantee: 
Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier first.

Returns:
Return of items for any reason other than freight carrier damage is dependant on the manufacturer or nature of the product. Of course, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Product must be shipped back in original packaging and in unused perfect condition. Once the product is returned you will be credited your cost of merchandise minus 25% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Products that are personalized cannot be returned or refunded.
 
Cancellations:
Once your order is placed, it may be cancelled if we have not started any processing. (usually within the first hour of ordering) Once your order has been put through our system, or your card has been charged, your can be cancelled with a 15% fee.  If the item is a stock item at our facility, Your order can be cancelled with a 25% fee if it has not been shipped. Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your item is personalized and artwork has been done, but your product has not been made, you may cancel with a 50% fee.  Once your graphics have been printed, you can no longer cancel.
If the item is not stocked at our facility and the order has been placed with a manufacturer, it can no longer be cancelled.
